1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to cuci50. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and cuci50 ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern your use of the cuci50.net website, the cuci50 mobile app, and all related services.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) cuci50 account. Registration of more than one account by the same individual, whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or payment information, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date at all times.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. cuci50 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your password.
• Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. Documents that may be requested include your identity card, bank statement, or recent proof of address.
• Your cuci50 account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to the cuci50 support team immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Cuci50 provides a variety of convenient deposit and withdrawal methods for users in Malaysia, including online bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, and other local e-wallet payment methods supported by the platform.

• All deposits are processed instantly once the transaction is confirmed by the respective payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days, subject to completed KYC verification.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as stated on the cuci50 platform's Deposit page and are subject to change from time to time.
• Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes only and are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal if associated with a bonus.
